from Edie Anderson (national secretary) to Membership Chairpersons February 1, 2003. Only 2 weeks left to the deadline of February 15
to have your dues into National. I have received renewals from most clubs
but some of you haven’t sent any in yet. All changes of address, car, spouse, phone numbers,
etc. that are not reported to me by February 28 will not go into the new
Membership Directory. At that time,
the mailing list goes to Beth Lunney so she can get the directory ready for
the printer. Everyone who was a member in the previous year will still be
listed in the Membership Directory, but if they don’t renew they will NOT
be sent a directory. You will then have until March 8 to get any late
renewals to me for the April issue of HEALEY MARQUE. If a person does not renew by then, they
will NOT receive the Directory or the April issue. Dear MAHC members: You have until the end of February to
renew your memberships. Please
don’t miss the deadline if you are a local and national member. Your national membership MUST be
processed and delivered to Edie by March 8th at the very latest
in order to avoid any delay or halt in newsletter and/or magazine
delivery. At the very least, my
processing and delivery to Edie will take 1 week, so please be sure to have
your renewals to me before February 28, 2003. A local late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if your renewal is
received after the February 28th deadline. The Healey Enthusiast
will be delivered to you through the March issue, but if your
membership has not been renewed by April 1st, you will be
dropped from the roster. Please
check your mailing label carefully on this issue. If you do not
see “Pd 2003”, your renewal has not been processed. Contact me immediately to avoid any
interruption in your newsletter delivery.
