Scott McQueen is once again hosting a tech session at his carriage house.
When and where: 415 11th Avenue SE, Minneapolis, on Saturday, March 9, from 10 AM to 1 PM. It’s a great time to get together and talk Austin-Healey’s, vintage racing or whatever. All sports car enthusiasts and their partners are welcome, espeically MAHC and other friends, plus the Vintage Sportscar Racing Club (VSCR).
Food and drink: There will be coffee and other beverages, as well as donuts for those who enjoy nourishment between meals.
Program: Dan Iberg, owner of Midwest Motorsports of Sauk Rapids, will be the presenter for this year’s event, and the subjects will be interesting and ranging as far as your questions can roam.
it is during spring break at the University, so the neighborhood is less congested, and there should be some available street parking. Scott’s is the building to the right and the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority and their parking are located to the left. The Sorority will allow us to occupy their parking lot for this event during the semester break. Some of the residents and their cars will still be in the lot, so be mindful of this when parking in their facility. Entry doorway to the downstairs Clubhouse/Garage is on the Northwest corner of the building. Do not disturb the upstairs student renters. It’s still a good idea to carpool if thats easy for a few of you.
